She was predeceased by: her parents, John Williams and Melinda Williams (Cornelia); her siblings, Fred Williams, Charles Williams and Mary Cantrell (Brent A. Fulcher); and her daughter Karen Porter.
She is survived by: her husband Brent A. Fulcher; her sister Dot Thomas; her children, Barry Fulcher, Brenda Rabbitt (William), Thomas Fulcher, Steven Fulcher (Nancy) and Carol Brock; and her grandchildren, Ryan Fulcher (Kristen), Alexandra Fitzsimmons, Keri O'Leary and Scott Fitzsimmons (Niesha). She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
