He is survived by: his wife Jean Milford Whitlock; his son Rev. Joey; his daughter-in-law Leigh Whitlock; his daughter Tracey; his son-in-law Mark Stowe; his grandchildren, Maley, Matt Hicks, Kristi, Scott Pearson, Chris, Lo Stowe, Abigail Whitlock, Drew Whitlock and Maggie Whitlock; his great grandchildren, Myles Hicks and Mattie Hicks; and his siblings, Winston Whitlock of Toccoa, Grady Whitlock of Toccoa and Lois Whitlock of Toccoa. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
