Randy Spencer Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 21, 2025, at the age of 63, Randy Spencer of Carnesville, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Randall and Betty Allen Spencer; his daughter Alexius Spencer; and his brother David Spencer. He is survived by: his daughter Brandi; his son-in-law Keith Lumpkins; his grandchildren, Izaiah Allen, Hendrix Allen, Brandon Spencer, Adrionna Spencer, Kailey Lumpkins, McKenna Lumpkins and Noah Lumpkins; his great grandchild Nolan Spencer; his sisters, Annette (Jeff Bryant), Teresa (Michael Thomas), Missy (Mike Brooks) and Jennifer Spencer; and his pets, Big Boy, Prissy and Rattler. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Encounter Church (243 Collier Rd, Toccoa, GA 30577). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at the Old Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery (589 Old Liberty Rd, Westminster, SC 29693).
