We announce the death of Tim Banks of Carnesville, Georgia, who passed away on August 13, 2026, at the age of 67. He was predeceased by: his parent Glenn Douglas Banks; and his brother Jeffery Banks. He is survived by: his mother Bobbie Banks of Carnesville; his wife Shirley Morgan Banks of Carnesville; his children, Brandon Banks (Brittany) of Nicholson, Cody Banks (Teryn) of Carnesville, Chelsea Craft (Blake) of Canon and Summer Holbrooks (David) of Eastanollee; his grandchildren, Noah, Eli, Holden, Emma Claire Banks of Nicholson, Hoke, Katie, Jack, Tater Banks of Carnesville and Hattie Craft of Canon; and his sisters, Gwen Cole (Alan) of Carnesville, Tina Gipson (Clarence) of Demorest and Dawn Williams (Gerald) of Mt. Holly. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
