He is survived by: his wife Sheila Whitehead Osborne of Carnesville; his sons, Daniel Osborne (Daffney) of Dahlonega and Timothy Osborne of Carnesville; his stepchildren, David Goldsmith, Jr. (Amy) and April Nelms (Josh) of Winterville; and his grandchildren, Riley, Regan, Emily, Phillip, Josh and Dalton.
