It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Whitney Sanders Carey (Carnesville, Georgia), who passed away on June 2, 2023, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Harold Roach Jr.; her grandparents, Wendall Harold and Willie Ruth Pritchett Roach Sr.; and also Burney Hendrix. She is survived by : her spouse Keeley Carey; her daughter Rylie Sanders (Lavonia); her mother Melody Ann Roach (Canon); her sister Bethany; her brother-in-law Brandon James of Dearing, GA; her grandparents, Charles "Junior" and Dianne Hendrix; and her aunt Bettie Ruth.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to the benefit account of her daughter Rylie Sanders (custodian Keeley Carey) at any Pinnacle Bank branch.
