She is survived by: her children, Teresa Maxwell of Franklin Springs, GA, Julia Wiley (David) of Homer, GA, Gloria Owens (Johnny) of Royston, GA, Josephine Dicks (John) of Royston, GA, Melissa Shannon-Phillips (Herman) of Royston, GA, Arthur Shannon (Sarita) of Carnesville, GA, Yvonne Teasley (Eric) of Lavonia, GA and Renee Shannon of Carnesville, GA.; and her siblings, Annie Thomas (Alvin) of Homer, GA, Ruby Watson of Commerce, GA, Henry Watson of Commerce, GA and Sara Lester (James) of Athens, GA.. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
