He is survived by: his wife Dianne Harper Kasior; his daughter Julie Ellen Windom; his sister Dorothy Kasior Matthews; and his siblings-in-law, Johnny (Elaine Harper), Jan (Darnell Smith), Nancy Harper and Linda Kasior. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
