He was predeceased by: his father J. D. Waters. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Parker Waters; his wife Janet Baskin Waters; his daughter Ashton; his son-in-law Adam Green; his sons, Luke (Bess Waters), Logan (Jordan Waters) and Drew Waters; his grandchildren, Nolan Green, Parker Grace Green, Barry Waters, Dot Waters, Garrett Waters, Wayman Waters and Fletcher Waters; his brother Gary; and his sister-in-law Carol Waters. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
