He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Jackson Mullins and Dulcie Phipps Mullins; his wife Janice Mullins; and his siblings, Buena Hilton, Virginia Mullins, Corrine Wessinger, Bethel Steele and Cecil Mullins.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Miller (Marlin) of Carrollton, Sandy Pollard of Carrollton, Patty Milgrim (George) of Kauai, Hawaii and Jon Mullins (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Jeremy Bostwick (Irish) of Carrollton, Georgia, Joel Pollard (Katie) of Carrollton, Georgia, Chris Pollard (Ashley) of Carrollton, Georgia, Shelby Miller of Carrollton, Georgia, Katie Crane of Cartersville, Georgia, Jill Ralston of Temple, Georgia, Anne-Marie Miller of Los Angeles, California, Samuel Blake Mullins, Aaron Milgrim of Evington, Virginia, Drew Milgrim of Gardner, Massachusetts, Nat Milgrim (Amanda) of Greencastle, Pennsylvania and Priscilla Gettler (AJ) of Lihue, Hawaii.; and his siblings, Patsy McAfoos (Paul) of Damascus and Jerry Mullins (Jeanne) of Hendersonville. He is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren: three great-great-grandchildren: and a host of beloved nieces and nephews, other extended family members, and friends.
In honor of Blake's life and his years of faithful service, memorial donations may be made to Mission: Dignity, a ministry of the Southern Baptist Convention that supports retired pastors and their families, or to the Wounded Warrior Project, which aids injured veterans.
