He was predeceased by: his father Pat Tarpley; his stepmother Patricia Tarpley; his mother Burnette North Turner; his stepfather Carl Turner; and his brother Randy Turner.
He is survived by: his siblings, Sonja Tarpley (Craig Jones), Jennifer Isbele (Derek), David Tarpley (Denise), Sherman Tarpley (Sylvia) and Barry Turner (Patsy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Martin & Hightower Funeral Home (1312 S Park St, Carrollton, GA 30117). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
