It is with sadness that the passing of Camille Shephard Yahm (Carrollton, Georgia) is shared. Camille, born on December 28, 1938, passed away on May 28, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Owen "Ikey" Shephard, Sr. and Onita Aldridge "Peter" Shephard; her brother Robert Owen "Bobby" Shephard, Jr.; her husbands, Stuart A. Yahm and Dan R. Anders; and the father of her children William J. "Bill" Funk.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sarawak, Christel Funk (Carl), Lisa Nied (Larry), Melanie Funk (Frank), Wendi Funk and Michele Peterson (Scott); her grandchildren, Hunter Futch, Lindsay Beatty (Matt), Aja Grooms, Noa Grooms, Mia Grooms and Jessica McCartney (Erik); her great grandchild Shephard Beatty; her sisters-in-law, Connie Shephard and Sheila Fishkin; and her caregivers, Etasha and Sarah. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the charity of one's choice, or in memory of Camille or in honor of Wendi to Georgia Options, Inc., the organization which provides care to Camille's daughter Wendi.
