She was predeceased by: her father James Ollie; and her sisters, Patricia Mayberry and Brenda McClarey. She is survived by: her husband Aubrey G. Powell of Carrollton, Georgia; her children, Letha Certain of Summertown, Tennessee and John Adam; her daughter-in-law Sherry Powell; her brothers, Danny Huckeba and James Allen Huckeba; and her grandchildren, Paige Powell, Amber Powell, Sydney Powell, Dalton Certain and Hannah Certain.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Martin & Hightower Funeral Home (1312 S Park St, Carrollton, GA 30117). A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
