She was predeceased by: her parents, William Arling "Bill" Dean and Dorothy Dean (Robinson); her husband David L. Phillips, Sr.; and her siblings, Billy Wayne Dean, James Kenneth "Pete" Dean and Janice Wingo.
She is survived by: her children, David L. Phillips, Jr. (Nichol) of Salisbury and Tisa; her son-in-law David Herb of Franklin; her sister Marilyn Overholt of Douglasville; and her grandchildren, Trey Phillips, Olivia Phillips and Chase Herb.
