He is survived by: his parents, David Eddie Hulsey and Cheryl Ann Minis Hulsey; his daughter Josie Nichole Rochester; his sister Alisha Hulsey; his grandmother Marguerite Embrey; his aunt Michelle Adams (Travis); and his uncles, Marshall "Buddy" Minis, III, Donald Hulsey, Mike Hulsey and William "Ernie" Pruitt (Teresa).
