Cecil; his children, Austin Cecil, Ashley Landrum and Courtney Smith; his mother Margaret Wilkins; his grandchildren, Abigail Linnenkohl, Susie Linnenkohl, Isabella Smith, Laci Mae Fike and Alexandria Linnenkohl; and his sister Melissa Cline. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
