He was predeceased by: his parents, Lunie Everette Teal and Jimmie Lee Windom Teal; and his siblings, James Teal, Jerry Teal, Lillian Teal Moore, Sibyl Teal Estes, Margie Teal Reeves, Berna Teal Burson, Ramona Teal Johnson and Margaret Inez Teal McDonald.
He is survived by: his wife Dr. Ramona Teal; and his daughter Dr. Elisabeth Teal. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
