He was predeceased by: his parents, Radford Olin Bell and Ruby Elizabeth Henry Bell; and his siblings-in-law, Valetta Rosenbalm Brock and Frank Ray Barrow (Bud). He is survived by: his wife Wendy Rosenbalm Bell; his sister Elmira Ann Bell Barrow; and his nephews, Brandon Barrow, Chad Barrow, Bert Barrow and David Brock.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hightower Funeral Home (318 Gordon St, Bremen, GA 30110). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
