We are sad to announce that on January 6, 2024, at the age of 79, George Wayne Stovall of Carrollton, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of George Wayne Stovall to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Olan Bond Stovall and Margaret Askew Stovall; his wife Jacklyn "Jackie" Stovall; and his daughter-in-law Tiffany Stovall. He is survived by : his children, Mark Stovall of Winston, Karen Stovall Hendrix of Carrollton and Marti Stovall of Carrollton; his grandchildren, Tristen Echols, Anslee Daniel, Logan Ray, Sydnei Ray, Ivey Stovall, Abie Echols and Daci Stovall; and his siblings, Joe Stovall of Carrollton and Annie Lee May of Augusta.
In lieu of flowers as an expression of sympathy, the family asks that donations be made to the Warm Springs Hospital and Rehabilitation Center, 6135 Roosevelt Hwy, Warm Springs, Ga. 31830, to support young adults with disabilities as Wayne spent seven summers there as a child for polio treatment.
