We are sad to announce that on April 21, 2024, at the age of 85, Honey Stanley of Carrollton, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, we release Honey into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of our lives. And as we carry her memory forward, may we find comfort in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Honey's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Gussie Luker and Jessy Luker; and her husband Edward Stanley. She is survived by : her children, Gary Ethridge (Jannelle) and Lynn Strickland (Jimmy); and her grandchildren, Tate Rogers, Shannon Ethridge (Alison), Sheree Abbott (Joe), Scott Ethridge (Shellae) and Beth Strickland. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Antioch Baptist Church (31 Antioch Church Rd, Carrollton, GA 30117). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
