He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Campbell and Alma Combs Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Smith Campbell; his children, Jenny Sambuco and Matt Campbell; and his grandchildren, Sarah Sambuco, Carson Sambuco and Winston Campbell.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Andy's memory to Tabernacle Baptist Church.
