James R. Fulford Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James R. Fulford (Carrollton, Georgia), born in Wrightsville, Georgia, who passed away on February 14, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Columbus and Emma Jane Fulford; and his nephew Tracy Fulford. He is survived by: his brothers, Denzil, Ray, Brad Cole and Norman Banks; his friends, Woodfin and Brad Cole; his daughter Maria Kristine (Kristi); his granddaughter Andrea Lin; his son Ray; his nephew Curt Giebeig; his wife Linda; his daughters, Kristi Garrett (Ben) of Carrollton and Andrea Chapman (Josh) of Carrollton; his grandchildren, Anna Yen (Bryce) of Atlanta, Wil Garrett of Atlanta, Jack Garrett of Birmingham, Jay Chapman, Meg Garrett and Field Chapman of Carrollton; his brothers, Don Fulford (Sharon) of Carrollton and Harold Fulford (Beverly) of Carrollton; and his sister-in-law Betty Giebeig of Carrollton.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there will be a public visitation at the City of Carrollton Center for the Arts on Tuesday, February 23 from 12-2 p. m. and 5-7 p. m. and a private memorial service at the First Baptist Church of Carrollton on Wednesday, February 24 at 11 a. m.
