He was predeceased by: his parents, Burnell Lipham and Geneva Scantlin Lipham; and his brothers, Larry Brown, Roger Lipham and Wally Lipham.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Willis Lipham; his children, Chris, Pam Lipham and Michelle Lipham; his sister Brenda Wilson; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie Lipham of Chandon Seese, A. J, Gracie Lipham, Jaxon Puckett, Caleb Lipham, Brantley Lipham and Breyce Puckett.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Martin & Hightower Funeral Home (1312 S Park St, Carrollton, GA 30117). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
