He is survived by: his daughter Karis Smith of Austell; his siblings, Katherine Mitchell of Douglasville, Donald Smith of Carrollton, Matt Smith of Carrollton, Joseph Smith of Carrollton, Tracy Vollrath of Waco and Cody Vollrath of Sandy Springs; his stepfather Alton Vollrath; and the mother of his child Sandy Hutcheson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
