He is survived by: his wife Betty Bailey; his daughters, Shayne Hardee (Joey) of Lexington and Shelia Hurst (John) of Allen, Texas; his grandchildren, Missy Chisenhall (Matt), Danielle Miller (Jeremy), Jamey Bailey (Shawn), Sean Anderson (Meghan), Alesha Nystuen, Kristopher Anderson (Nicole), Matthew Hurst, Cameron Hurst, Sara-Grace Hurst, Wessli-Ann Singleton (Zack) and Alyx Hardee; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Aiden, Lorelai Chisenhall, Verona, Leighton Miller and Luke Singleton; and his caregivers, Randi, Coco, Linda, Dee and Tara.
