It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeff Carter of Carrollton, Georgia, who passed away on November 12, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoyt Carter and Louise Carter (Norton). He is survived by: his wife Lisa Carol Carter (Quinton); his son Robbie; his daughter-in-law Breanna Quinton; his daughter Haley; his son-in-law Zack Helton; his grandchildren, Carol Quinton, Blakley Helton, Hadley Helton and James Bryant Junior; his brother Edward; and his sister-in-law Karen Carter. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Honey Creek Baptist Church (1740 Honey Creek Rd SW, Conyers, GA 30094). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
