He was predeceased by : his parents, J. D. McKenzie and Georgia Ann "Pat" Vockrodt McKenzie; and his brothers, Barry Leon McKenzie and James Martin "Jimmy" McKenzie. He is survived by : his wife Katherine McKenzie; his children, Stephanie Groveman (Alex), Jonathan McKenzie (Kayley) and Nate McKenzie; his granddaughter Elouise McKenzie; and his siblings, Ben McKenzie and Karen Rudine Jennings. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
