He is survived by: his wife Sandra Postell Smith of Carrollton; his children, Kelley Ann Smith of Owensboro, KY and Mark Smith of Monroe; and his sister Betsy Jackson of Butler. He is also survived by four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
