He was predeceased by : his father Rev. Kenneth "Poppa" Plemons. He is survived by : his mother Terri Plemons of Morrow; his children, Samantha Plemons of Jackson, Ga Joey Plemons Jr. of Jackson and Alyssa Plemons of Jackson; and his siblings, Keith (Robin Plemons), Rick (Melissa Plemons) and Becky (Jay Whitten). He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews, 10 1/2 great nieces and nephews along with an abundance of friends.
