He is survived by: his parents, Joel Franklin Polonkay and Linda Sines Polonkay; and his siblings, Beverly Polonkay of Panama City, David Polonkay of Carrollton, Georgia and Anthony Polonkay of Carrollton. He is also survived by four nieces, one great-niece, and nine great-nephews.
