She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Cecil Grizzard and Florene Reeves Grizzard; her husband Billy R. Maxwell; her brother Richard; her siblings-in-law, Jan Grizzard, Bobby and Hilda Maxwell; and her daughter-in-law Felicia Maxwell.
She is survived by: her children, Ray Maxwell of Ammon, Nancy (Richard Dixon), Tommie (Robert Freeman), Luke (Sandra Maxwell), Tommy (Amber Eason) and Lorie (Greg Startup); her sister Scarlet G. Lanier; her grandchildren, Olivia, Daniel Holz, Linsey, Jeff Koda, Lane, Brett Moore, Dan, Kylie Dixon, Brandi Freeman, Will Maxwell, Jacqueline Hurgoiu, Chrissy Maxwell, Charlie Maxwell, Ken Startup, Emily Startup, Aaron Startup, Luke, Savannah Eason, Rosie Eason, Luci and Daniel Derick; her great grandchildren, Kennedy Koda, Julia Moore, Annie June Moore, Macey Dixon, Brayden Burns, Mason Freeman, Riley Freeman, Emelia Freeman, Luke Freeman, Asher Eason and Anniston Eason; and her caregiver Pam Ekezemie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
