She was predeceased by: her mother Georgia Barthlow; her husband Paul Harcourt Higgs; and her son Paul Higgs. She is survived by: her children, Keith, Neva Higgs, Kevin (Lori Higgs), Kelly (David Skinner) and Kathy (Todd Young). She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; and seventeen great-grandchildren.
