He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sellie North and Madge Irene Latimer North; his wife Martha Jeanette North; and his siblings, Percy North, Frances Wages, Doris Barrett, Sarah Bell, Ralph North, Jaunieta "Nita" Nida, Geri Glaccum, Charles North, Benny North and Allene Eldridge.
He is survived by: his children, Chuck Denver North (Tina), Rhonda Dawn Waddell (Phil) and Curtis Dwayne North (Heather); his grandchildren, Kaila Mashburn (Kiel), Kelli Robinson (Blake), Sydney North, Riley Waddell (Joy), Logan White (Morgan) and Alysa Taylor (Noah); his great grandchildren, Gunner Robinson, Miller Mashburn, Denver Robinson, Maya Robinson, Marlo Mashburn, Myles Mashburn, Thomas White and Forrest Taylor; and his siblings, Linda Bennett, Lewis North and Larry North.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Carroll Memory Gardens (914 Stripling Chapel Rd, Carrollton, GA 30116).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association in honor of Kermit's late wife.
