He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Liner and Margaret Liner; and his brothers, Albert and Junior Liner. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Liner; his children, Jeremy Liner (Ann Liner), Melissa Folds (Bonnie Yearta) and Wendy McCaul (Barry McCaul); his sister Linda Conner (Don Conner); and his grandchildren, Jacob Folds, Leann Caraway, Maci Liner, Tevin Liner, Casey Gay, Autumn Morman, Andrew Luther and Christian Stiff. He is also survived by seven loving great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Martin & Hightower Funeral Home (1312 S Park St, Carrollton, GA 30117). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
