Mildred Hogsed Gay Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Mildred Hogsed Gay of Carrollton, Georgia. Mildred, born on February 20, 1946, passed away on October 5, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland Hogsed and Edgel Hogsed Chilson; and her brother Garland Hogsed. She is survived by: her children, Wayne (Patty Payne), Rusty Gay, Bridget (Darren Kee) and Spencer (Anita Gay); and her siblings, Martha Hollifield, Wanda Gladson, Joyce Ledford, Opal Cornwell, Vicki Hogsed, Maynard Hogsed, Larry Hogsed and Tony Hogsed. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Memory Hill Cemetery.
