She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Allen Worthan and Bertha Cohran Worthan; her husband Alvin Ray; and her siblings, Ora Lee Carroll, Tracy Eugene Worthan, Deloras Herrell and Dorothy Ann George.
She is survived by: her sister Sybil Meek of Paulding County; and her granddaughter Bridgette Ellis Crowley of Alabama. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
