The passing of Patsy Ann Harper of Carrollton, Georgia leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on July 27, 2025 at the age of 88. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Doris Matthews Parrott; and her daughter Vickie Burnette. She is survived by: her husband Douglas "Doug" Harper; her children, Hutch Monroe (Andrea) and David Monroe (Tiffany); her son-in-law Chip Burnette; her grandchildren, Colt Burnwall (Sam Burnwall), Lyric Sprinkle (John), Kelsi Monroe, Meagan Monroe Humphress (Jamin), Grant Carson Monroe, Dawson Monroe and Sarah Monroe; and her great grandchildren, Fox Sprinkle, Lex Sprinkle and Millie Humphress.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Roopville Road Baptist Church (835 US-27, Roopville, GA 30170). A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial donations may be made to Roopville Road Baptist Church, 835 US-27, Roopville, GA 30170 in memory of Mrs. Harper.
