He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy "Jeanette" Cook Lambert and Clyde Eugene Lambert of Carrolton. He is survived by: his brothers, Thomas Reese Lambert and Timothy Lynn Lambert; and his close friend Lady Lola.
In lieu of flowers, Rick preferred his friends and family would donate to the American Heart Association, St. Jude Children's Hospital or their favorite charity.
