He was predeceased by: his mother Inez Barker of Washington. He is survived by: his father Hugh David Maxwell; his children, Virgil Lee Maxwell, Robbie Lee Maxwell, Angel Maxwell and Zoey Maxwell; his grandchildren, Chance Lee Maxwell, Bryen Lee Maxwell and Hunter Lee Maxwell; and his sister Patricia Grindle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
