He is survived by: his wife Vicki Perry Holmes; his daughter Lindsey; his son-in-law Dave McKenna; his grandchildren, Carly McKenna and Brady McKenna; and his siblings, Steven Holmes (Susan), Bryan Holmes (Dana) and Susan Hall (Bill). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
