Roger Denney Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Denney of Carrollton, Georgia, who passed away on January 30, 2026, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Roger is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Roger's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

He was predeceased by: his parents, E. H. Denney Jr. and Blanche Smith Denney Brasher; and his brother James Denney. He is survived by: his wife Tillie Smith Denney of Carrollton; his siblings, Diane Hayes and Windell; and his sisters-in-law, Jennie Denney and Kathryn Campbell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
