She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Landers and Ruth M. Landers; her sister Elizabeth Hunter; her daughter Baby Pat Cook; her son-in-law Paul Pendley; and her granddaughter Shelia Pendley.
She is survived by: her children, Sylvia Pendley, James Cook (Tim) and Dan Cook; her siblings, Dennis, Ed Landers and Inez Cook; her husband JC Cook; and her son Tim. She is also survived by her five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
