He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Shead Caldwell; his son William Blake Caldwell; his granddaughter Blakely Caldwell; his sister Sheri Caldwell Connor; his siblings-in-law, Scott and Shannon Shead; and his nieces and nephews, Brandy Wade (Edward), Ken Smith, Will Shead and Audrey Shead.
