She was predeceased by : her parents, John Millard Rigsby and Ora Lee Jackson Rigsby; her husband Frank Powers; and her brother John Rigsby. She is survived by : her sons, Mike (Janice Powers), Tim (Jill Powers) and Chris Powers; her sister Martha Blackmon; her sister-in-law Cynthia Rigsby; her grandchildren, Carrie, Austin Hylton, Kate, Josh Lucas, Jimmy, Jen Beck, Scott Powers and Hunter Powers; and her great grandchildren, Chandler Menz, Grayson Menz, Cassidy Hylton, Sydney Lucas, Coltyn Hylton and Max Lucas.
