He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Claude Miller and Mary Josephine Miller (Pate); and his sister Peggy Miller. He is survived by: his siblings, Steve Miller of Radcliff, Kentucky and Jenny; his brother-in-law Rickey Stover of Carrollton; and his siblings' children, Billy Miller, Starry (Justin Hopper) and Brandy (Steve Burke). He is also survived by five great-nieces and great-nephews, one great-great niece, one great-great nephew, and numerous other relatives.
