He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Richard Snell and Mary Jane Connor. He is survived by: his daughter Roxanne; his son-in-law Darren Turner; his grandchildren, Gabe and Annabelle; and his siblings, Ruth, April, Pat and Bob. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
