She is survived by: her husband Dr. Louie Gene Winstead; her children, Tim, Jefflyn Winstead, Mark and Degi Winstead; her grandchildren, Devan, Nilisha Winstead, Ethan Winstead, Madison Winstead, Caroline, Brad Santasuosso, Chandler and Thomas Davis; and her sister Lu Cathey. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
