With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter R. Jensen in Carrollton, Georgia, born in Saginaw, Michigan, who passed away on April 20, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Johnson and Iva Greenfield Johnson; and his sisters, Mary Johnson Kniatt and Carol Johnson Bridges. He is survived by: his wife Maureen Sheehan Jensen; his children, Michael Jensen (Debra), Eric Jensen (Rita) and Heather Jensen Kinard (Gary); his grandchildren, Sean, Lauren, Lizzy, Alex, Sydney, Richard and Rhonda; his great grandchildren, Isaac, Logan, Leigha, Nicholas, Alexis and Connor; and his siblings, Robert Johnson and Suzanne Johnson Waggoner.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Olph Catholic Church Cemetery (210 Old Center Point Rd, Carrollton, GA 30117).
