It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willard Keith Zeis Jr. (Carrollton, Georgia), who passed away on June 12, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Keith "Pete" Zeis, Sr. and Rosalie Herren Zeis; and his sister-in-law Kathy Zeis. He is survived by: his significant other Jan Zeis; his children, Chad, Jessie Zeis, Jenny and Chris Allison; his stepson Brandon; his daughter-in-law Susan McLendon; his grandchildren, Carolina Grace Zeis, Hagen Zeis, Tritt Zeis, Dawson Easton, Trenton Eaton, Lindsey McLendon and Lauren McLendon Rigsby; his great grandchildren, Ethan Rigsby and Everly Rigsby; and his siblings, Linda Zeis (Carl Marcus) and Steve Zeis.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Martin & Hightower Funeral Home (1312 S Park St, Carrollton, GA 30117).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital—two causes close to Pete's heart.
