He is survived by: his sister Ann; his brother-in-law Jim; his daughter Tammy; his son-in-law Keith Miller; his grandchildren, Mindy, T. J. Moats, C. T. Johnson, Cierra Johnson and Kristian Johnson; and his nephews, Chuck Shadrix and Caleb Butler.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Centerpoint Methodist Church (2176 Center Point Rd, Temple, GA 30179).
